Uploaded videos are stored in Cloudflare R2, and the original upload is deleted 30 days after you first upload it. Every AI suggestion stays editable, and paid plans follow the 14-day refund window described in the refund policy.

Upload to private storage
Your video uploads to Cloudflare R2, tied to your account. Nothing publishes until you approve it.
Analyze the finished video
To run your analysis, VidSeeds.ai sends the full finished video to AI providers. They process it only for that analysis, may keep short-term logs for abuse monitoring, and do not use your data for training. If you connect your own API key, that provider's terms apply. Outputs are suggestions: you approve every title, description, and thumbnail before anything goes live.
Delete on a clock you can see
The original upload is deleted from Cloudflare R2 30 days after the first upload. Your analysis results and drafts stay with the project. Deleting your account erases your stored videos, frames, and thumbnails.
