- Multi-language translation services
- Video dubbing capabilities

3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google or LinkedIn OAuth. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process content you do not have rights to
- Violate platform Terms of Service (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X)
- Engage in any unlawful activity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
- Overload or abuse our infrastructure
5. Payments & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

6. Intellectual Property
VidSeeds.ai and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CARROTGAMESSTUDIOS LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDSEEDS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data.
