Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making VidSeeds.ai usable by everyone

Last Updated: September 2026
Version 1.0

1. Our Commitment

CARROTGAMESSTUDIOS LLC, doing business as VidSeeds.ai, is committed to making our website and product accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is a legal requirement in several of the jurisdictions we serve and, more importantly, it removes barriers for real users.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard most widely referenced by regulators and courts, including under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act.

2. Conformance Status

VidSeeds.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to close the gaps listed below.

3. Measures We Take

We take the following measures to support accessibility:

  • Accessibility is treated as a requirement in our design and review process, not an afterthought.
  • Pages use semantic HTML headings, landmarks, and labels so assistive technology can navigate them.
  • The document declares the page language and text direction so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
  • Interactive controls, including the cookie consent banner, carry accessible names and are reachable by keyboard.
  • Text and interface colors are chosen to meet contrast targets against their backgrounds.
  • Images and icons intended to convey information carry alternative text; purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • We run automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader spot checks on key public pages.

4. Known Limitations

We are honest about where we still fall short. The following limitations were identified in our most recent review and are being addressed:

  • Some older blog articles and long-form content pages may have heading structures or image alternative text that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA; we are correcting these as we republish content.
  • Some third-party embedded content and widgets (for example, embedded media players and payment or scheduling widgets) are outside our direct control; we select vendors that publish accessibility commitments and report problems to them when we find them.
  • Complex product screens inside the signed-in application (editors, timelines, and data visualizations) are keyboard reachable but may not yet expose fully descriptive labels for every control; improvements are tracked in our internal backlog.
  • PDF or downloadable documents we link to may not all be tagged for accessibility; contact us and we will provide an accessible alternative.

5. How We Assess Accessibility

We assess the accessibility of vidseeds.ai through a combination of:

  • Automated testing against WCAG 2.1 AA rules on our key public pages.
  • Manual keyboard-only navigation checks, including the cookie consent flow, forms, and sign-up flow.
  • Screen-reader spot checks on core pages.
  • Review of user-reported accessibility problems.

6. Feedback and Assistance

If you encounter a barrier, we want to hear about it. Please contact us at support@vidseeds.ai with the page address, a short description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to provide the information or content you need in an accessible format, or a workaround, as quickly as we can.

7. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction, such as a national equality or accessibility body in the EU, or the U.S. Department of Justice or a state agency regarding ADA compliance in the United States. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern directly first.

8. Updates to This Statement

We review this statement periodically and after any significant change to the site or product. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version.
